Weatherization Crew Lead

This is a full-time position for an experienced Home Performance Crew Lead responsible for the following: *Lead a weatherization crew and act as primary customer interface on a daily basis *Perform leakage tests on HVAC ductwork *Seal, repair and replace HVAC ductwork *Fabricate and repair duct board plenums *Install blown attic insulation *Install solar screens *Other general home performance duties Minimum of 2 years of home performance/weatherization experience including HVAC ductwork and insulation is required. Applicants should be able to work outdoors, in attics, and on ladders. Creativity in solving building construction defects is key to success in all our work. Applicants must be self-motivated, able to work in a team, and complete work without direct supervision. Applicants must have a valid driver license and the ability to drive company vehicles. Proficiency in Spanish and experience driving a truck and trailer are a plus.
