Description
In need of renovation project manager to work with owner/investor to maintain and assist the renovation of approximately 10 Flips at a time, 50-80/yr. Must be willing to work in assisting the completion of houses/yards/punch to help finish. must have general handyman knowledge and be able to follow schedules and be efficient. Must have pick up truck. General Computer knowledge would be nice to follow schedules but not critical. I am looking for a good worker who is focused and willing to support a team. We have 5 Renovation teams and there's many needs that they have and much observation to maintain quality and efficiency.
