Launch new web site - busy work

We are launching a new web site designed for a niche community, with features for subscription. We have had a Facebook site for 6 months and have reached millions of people with thousands of likes and engagements. We now need to Email each of those thousands of peoples flyers and the web site URL so they can subscribe. It is busy work and will take some time. Do you have experience launching web sites? What experience? North America residents only please because of time differences.
