KBC Management, Inc. is seeking a full time Painting Technician and full time Maintenance Technician to work on a multifamily portfolio of classic and newer apartment projects located in urban Portland. Position is Monday-Friday SKILLS Painting Skills should include experience in prep of lathe/plaster, texturing, brush & roll, hardware replacement and high attention to detail. Maintenance knowledge and experience of plumbing, electrical repairs and general maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS: * Reliable transportation with proof of insurance * Valid driver’s license * Own basic maintenance and painting tools * Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 80 lbs. * Basic computer skills and able to work with mobile apps * Takes pride in performance * Detail oriented * Time management skills * Pass background check Benefits include competitive wage, Health Insurance, PTO, paid holidays and Retirement plan.
