Fast growing remodeling company is looking for an Installer Recruiter.
Our Corporate office is located in the Dallas Ft Worth area with branch locations in Houston/ Austin/ San Antonio/ Oklahoma City/ Tulsa and current expansion plans for East and West Texas.
Job Responsibilites will be to find and recruit installers for all of our products: bath/ sunrooms/ patio covers/ windows and doors/ cabinet refacing.
Recruiting via craigslist, location visits to supply houses, big box retailers or other avenues available to reach potential installers.
Meet and vet each applicant to determine skill level, complete on boarding paperwork.
