I just took a position to manage and maintain 175 rental properties in Macomb and Oakland co. I am looking for LICENSED contractors to help maintain our fleet of homes! We will accept ALL TRADES at this time as I was told tradespeople come and go! Ultimately I would would like to collect leads on all trades so I can always make sure that I have someone to call on when someone that we have a commitment with is not available! I do not like to disappoint any of the tenants and I will always act promptly on maintenance calls and need to know that they are being handled in a short period of time!
