Local property management company looking for a part time handyman to do punch list items on an ongoing basis. Looking for someone who is: Experienced with basic home repair, maintenance, and moving Physically able to move and load heavy items occasionally Able to install things like door knobs and mounting TVs and routers His own transportation and tools (Able to get to more job sites in the future) Likes having flexible schedule.
