Need Mason/Bricklayer

I am looking to hire an experienced mason to construct a short brick wall on two sides of a flower bed. The short side of the wall is 4 bricks in length and the long side is 11 1/2 feet. I have the required bricks needed to do the job. I am undecided as to how many courses of bricks but between 3 to 5. The bricks are 9 1/2" x 2 7/8" x 2 7/8". I am not sure is a concrete footing will be required. I am looing for an experienced mason that can help me advise me on the best way to build the wall and can build the wall.
