need help moving materials about 10 lbs 15/hr

Need help moving 2x4's and other materials similar in weight. The job shouldn't exceed 3 hrs. I will pay you 50 dollars even if it only takes 1.5 hours. If it exceeds 3 hrs (and it shouldn't) I will pay you 15 per hr. (Ex: 5 hrs x 15 = 75 dollars)
