Have lots of work and this can turn into permanent jobs for the right people. Please note the following: Must have own transportation, must be drug free, must be able to work Monday thru Friday and weekends will be optional except in an emergency when you will need to work on Saturday, must be able to work without daily pay (payday is Friday afternoon), must be able to be paid via company check - we do not get cash to pay our people. You MUST have some skills - carpentry, very light electrical, very light plumbing, painting, etc. Nothing major, just being able to install ceiling fans and light fixtures, change toilet flush mechanisms, hook up new appliances, etc. I can use lead people with skills and helpers as well. Will pay by the hour or by the job on a contract labor price for an entire crew. Materials will be delivered to jobsite. Finally, you MUST have your own hand tools - tapes, screwdrivers, hammers, saws, drills, etc. if you are the lead guy. Please do not waste my time with such replies as "I am your man," "tell me more," etc. If you cannot read and understand this posting, then you can't read and understand a work order with instructions. We will discuss pay once you reply. It will be fair and based on your experience. Work is in Denton area and have lots of homes to remodel.
