My mom lost her best friend of 16 years last march. I'm looking to surprise her with a new companion who needs a home. Prefer March., or young, small-medium sized, and would prefer male as there's 2 females in the home already. Must be good with other dogs, cats, and children. Free-small rehoming fee is best as we would prefer to spend money on vet care.
