I have two duplexes on Island ave that need their grass cut 2X a month and hedges trimmed 1X a month. This includes the front and back of both properties (back isn't a yard, just strips of grass around the cement driveway. One unit has a grass walkway along the side as well, which is overgrown. The first cut at this unit will require the removal of some litter and tall grass. Payment comes after job completion via Cash App or Check.
