Hello, we are Property and Home Developers, LLC (aka PHD). We are a husband and wife owned and run company who are looking to add some guys to our quickly growing small Handyman business. We service all of Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. We go as far as: Monument to the North, Fountain to the South, Ellicott to the East, and Woodland Park to the West. Occasionally, we take a job in Pueblo or Denver. These jobs are optional for you & you will be compensated for the extra mileage/time. We’re needing individuals who can perform some, or all, of the following: •fence and/or deck install and repairs •sprinkler system install and repairs •everything involved in bathroom and/or kitchen remodels •interior/exterior painting •framing and/or sheetrock work •flooring and/or tile work •light electrical to include-replacing fixtures and/or electrical sockets •appliance installation •landscaping Although at this moment you will be treated as a sub contractor, and we currently do 1099 our guys, we are working towards having regular employees in the near future (if you’re unsure of the difference, feel free to ask me). Therefore, we have our guys work together on small crews. And though we have them tell us what days and times they can work each Friday for the following week, we expect them to dedicate themselves to those times just so we know how to schedule our customer’s jobs accordingly. You MUST have your own reliable transportation. You MUST be honest and reliable. You MUST come to work ON TIME and SOBER (Duh, right? But you’d be surprised how many guys do this and expect to keep their job). Pay is dependent upon experience. Your first week will be kind of a trial week for us to verify your skills and make sure you get along with the crew sufficiently, as well as for you to make sure that this is working out for you :) If this sounds like something you’re interested in, please give me a TEXT or EMAIL if you can :)
