Hi, this was near 36th Avenue and 31st street. You were walking up 31st, you were in gym clothes, brunette with hair up and seemed like you were on the phone? I was guy on bicycle, blue vest, blond hair and light eyes. We made eye contact twice and I wanted to say something but it seemed you were engaged in conversation.
