Need my attic space finished-budget $3,000

I need an experienced contractor that can finish my attic space. We have sub-flooring but it may need more, insulation, drywall, install 2 windows & carpet. There is a bathroom vent that we want to be rerouted to outside. Space is about 20ft wide by 23ft long You must have experience and can show proof of your work! I'm taking on multiple bids so please follow my instructions when you message me. If you don't want to follow my instructions I can't offer you the job. If you can follow directions we have more jobs available.
