Description
I need one or two all around helpers to manage everything from yard work to house cleaning. The work will NOT be steady 1 hour or ZERO hours one week as many as 10+ the next and back depending on the need and peoples availability. Ideally looking for someone handy who as comfortable with a paint brush as they are with a mop. Must be willing to submit official state ID for security reasons. OK with people who have records as long as its been 3+ years since your last offense and you are honest/transparent about your COMPLETE record. Must be able to lift 75lbs. Pay is flat rate for ALL work/jobs/tasks. Looking for people who work hard, dont complain - who do the job right the first time every time. Non smoker /non drug addicted / progressive types preferred. I will text/email back to most messages. PoC / lgbtq+
