PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS AD. I'm looking for a good worker / helper to add to my crew. We will be preparing the exterior of an old house with wood siding for paint. It's a small old house, approximately 1,000 square feet. First it will be pressure washed, then after it dries we will be hand scraping, then repairing and or replacing patches of bad wood siding, then caulk, prime and finally it will be painted. We are doing all the preparation work on this old house wood siding. This is all outdoor work so we work around the rain. You must know where ANNA is located and be about 30 minutes or so away from Anna, TX.. Must be a good worker with NO attitude, ready and fully able to do all the work from the ground up and on step ladders and be ambitious to work. Must follow all instructions and safety rules. This is a single story house. NO job Management Supervisors, NO Project Managers, NO Supervisors or Managers or Leadsmen, NO Contractors, NO Sub-Contractors.
