Water Damage Technicians Needed Compensation: $22 - $25 DOE/knowledge plus on-call bonus pay, Overtime; Signing Bonuses Employment type: full-time In 2017 Flood Pro has changed ownership and upgraded all upper management. We are looking for CERTIFIED (expired or not) Technicians that have experience and the knowledge to begin work immediately - with little supervision. Technicians need a minimum of 1-year experience with water damage, sewage, and mold remediations. This is a fast-paced position rewarding those who work hard and are eager to adapt. You will have the opportunity to make great money with the on-call schedule (rotation is currently once a month), overtime and on-call bonus pay while working with a great group of people. As an additional source of income, we will offer a signing bonus at the end of a successful 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. Minimum Requirements: -Water damage, Sewage, and Mold remediation experience - at least 1-year experience. IICRC WRT preferred -Must have a clean DMV record and be able to drive a box truck. No current DUI's -Must be able to lift 80lbs -Must be able to pass a respiratory test -Background checks are required to work with our team -Must live in Orange County -Must be friendly, dependable and professional. -Must be available for the on-call schedule (one time a month for a week) -Communication skills are a must; they will be required for paperwork documentation, mapping job sites, etc. Pay Rate: Due on experience. Overtime pay, additional bonuses for when On-Call. -Technicians receive uniforms, an iPhone, an IPAD, moisture meters and all the inspection tools and equipment needed to accomplish your work.
