Looking to hire a part-time (2-3 days/week) veterinary technician for a partially retired equine vet in Alta Loma. Veterinary hospital experience not required, but experience with horses is necessary. Students preferred! Job Requirements: - Able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather - Valid California Drivers license - Able to lift 50 lbs frequently - Able to thoroughly clean stalls - Feeding of horses on the property - Able to work long hours (possibly 12 +) - Help with keeping up the property (i.e. Raking leaves, pulling weeds, etc.) - Assisting the Doctor on medical calls - Must be comfortable restraining horses for treatments
