Get Paid to Have Fun! No Experience is Required! We are hiring Hot Air Balloon team members. We are looking for reliable and hard-working candidates. Get paid to have a fun, exciting, and adventurous job! Chase crew assists pilots with the set-up and inflation, launch, landing, and deflation of the hot air balloons. No experience is required - we will train you. Ballooning is an early morning; outdoor activity and you will be done before 10 am. It's a great second job! A Grape Escape Balloon Adventure is a family-owned and operated business. We have been hot air ballooning over Temecula for 30 years. Crew Job Requirements: • Able to work early mornings • Ability to lift 75+ lbs. • Be in good physical condition • Possess a California Driver’s License and have a clean driving record (Class B or C drivers receive higher pay) • Good customer service skills • Good communication skills • Team player • Reliable • Clean cut and good personal hygiene • Willingness to learn • Ability to follow directions • Aviation knowledge a plus Job Specifics: • Part-time position 2-5 morning per week • Starting pay $45 per day, plus gratuities • Ability to set your own schedule • Early morning (5:15 – 6:15 am), approximately 3 hours
