We are looking for Essential Disinfection Specialists for Evergreen Public Schools to provide critical disinfection services - creating an environment that is safe and healthy for students and teachers. In this Union position you will be responsible for following the Enhanced Clean Protocol – this includes being flexible with the shifts worked. DON'T WAIT - APPLY NOW: Essential Functions Include: • Compliant with general traditional cleaning methods • Follow Enhanced Cleaning protocols – including frequently sanitizing and disinfecting common and high – touch surfaces- doorknobs, elevators and buttons, kitchen appliances, copiers, restroom fixtures, building entrances and exits, common areas, conference rooms, shared workstations, and cafeterias • Using cleaning agents according to manufacture instructions • Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment according to policy and needs of client • Correctly handle and dispose of hazardous materials • Complies with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines of the CDC, OSHA and local state and federal governments • Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Job duties may be modified at any time Qualifications: • Successful completion of ABM’s Enhanced Clean Disinfection Specialist training and Certification program • Ability to read and interpret documents – such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals and employee handbooks Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for most of your shift • Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull pounds or more – for most of your shift • Candidate must be able to wear all PPE – including N95 mask as needed • Travel between schools Shift: Evenings between 1:30 pm and 10 pm – 4, 6, or 8 hours per day - Monday - Friday Pay: $16.70 per hour ABM is an EOE/AA(M/F/Vet/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation).
