Required Work Hours: 40 hours/week + on-call after regular work hours for emergencies Position Brief: The Maintenance Technician II performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on properties, mechanical, equipment, and utility systems. The Maintenance Technician will perform general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining apartments, buildings, community spaces, adjacent walks and grounds, grass, and equipment in clean, orderly, and functional condition, as well as providing assistance to staff, visitors, and other employees, as necessary. Experience: 3-4 years of prior experience with maintenance occupation Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
