F&L Pacific Roofing is looking for a foreman to lead the crew and daily job site work. As part of a small crew this is a working foreman position. The foreman will be responsible for all the work on the job site and ensuring safety and quality standards are meant. Responsibilities:  Lead the team and all work on the job site  Job site safety is in compliance  Maintain high quality standards and keep the job site clean  Communicate with the general manager on the schedule  Organize and execute all the work at the job site in an efficient manner  Drive the crew to and from the job site  Train crew members as needed  Pick up materials as needed Requirements:  5+ years in the roofing or construction business  Motivated with a positive attitude  Punctual  Lead by example
