Minimal lawncare needed for condemned house

We're looking for a local lawncare company or individual who can cut the grass at 530 Drew Street in Saint Albans every few weeks just to keep it within the requirements of the city. It doesn't need to look pretty -- it won't -- it just needs to be cut short and keep weeds from spreading to neighbors. Low cost is much more important. None of the plants on the property need to be preserved, so you don't need to worry about accidentally cutting down some heirloom plant. You just need to make sure the "For Sale" sign goes back up before you leave. I plan to meet you in person the first time and pay by check. Each time after that I'll just ask you to cut it within a few days then we'll pay remotely (PayPal, check, etc) after you send pictures of the completed work. Scheduling isn't an issue after the first time because the house is unoccupied so you can just do it any time/day within a few days of the request. Drive by the house at your leisure and shoot me an offer by email. You can't miss the house. It's the condemned one with overgrown grass and a "For Sale" sign out front. Google has the location correct.
