Job Summary: Our specialty is humane removal, exclusion and damage remediation for all species of wildlife that damage property or pose a threat to human health and safety in New Jersey. The ideal candidate has the passion to provide exceptional service to all of our customers. The candidate takes pride and ownership of their work and is responsible for seeing each job to completion. Equipped with a company vehicle, wildlife technicians are prescheduled to visit residential and/or commercial customers to handle all wildlife nuisances In our line of work, you must be comfortable working in various weather conditions, ability to climb ladders without fear of heights and working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics. Our customer retention is excellent and a professional appearance and attitude is what contributes to our success. Technical skills include: • Attention to detail, as you will be inspecting, trapping and relocating wildlife • Basic Math Skills necessary for doing calculations related to sales and service. • Mechanical Aptitude holding a level of knowledge to be able to work with machines and equipment- and be able to troubleshoot if necessary. • General handyman skills are a plus • Safely use ladders within manufacturer guidelines • Ability to carry and lift up to 75lbs • Access crawlspaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs etc Requirements: • Willingness to follow company policies/guidelines • Ability to maintain high-quality standards without supervision • Ability to work in various weather conditions • Honesty, dependability and unconditional ethics • Valid drivers license with a good driving record Why should you choose Cowley’s?
