Conley Management Group is a family owned full service commercial construction and facilities maintenance firm that performs interior commercial renovations and general building maintenance. We are currently looking for construction technicians to join our team and work on a variety of commercial construction projects both big and small. Experience in the construction trades specifically framing, drywall, tile, painting, and finish carpentry is preferred. You must be able to get to our job sites which are primarily located in Central NJ: Somerset County, Morris County, Monmouth County. Responsibilities Assist Foreman and work with our other construction team members in the performance of project tasks, primarily the following: framing, drywall, finish carpentry, painting, tile, and demo and debris removal. Perform all duties with attention to safety Unload and carry materials at construction sites as needed Use equipment and tools properly and safely Skills Proven experience as construction worker or willingness to learn Experience in operating equipment like, drills, pneumatic hammers, saws, and other finish construction tools etc. Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc.) Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods Able to work in a team Able to follow direction and work as team Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
