Real Estate Management Company seeking experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain a residential complex located in Norman, OK. Duties Include but not Limited to: 1) Repairing and maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing 2) Knowledge of maintaining swimming pools with appropriate certification is required 3) Be on-call on a rotation basis 4) Willing to contribute in other areas, i.e. (cleaning grounds, painting, etc.) 5) Physical requirements include: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders and ability to lift 6) Oversees preventative maintenance activities performed by outside contractors 7) Monitor and oversees the quality and pricing of maintenance Qualifications: 1) Minimum 2 years of experience 2) Equipment as needed 3) HVAC license and Certified Journeyman 4) Be available to respond to emergency service calls 5) Ability to communicate verbally and written with good English skills 6) Carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more
