Experienced Building Maintenance Technician. Building Technician needed for an apartment buildings and office complexes. Must have at least two years experience in building maintenance and basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Responsibilities include maintaining the building grounds and interior of the buildings. Light electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry. Inspecting and repairing any issues in the building. Working with the Property Manager on completing Inspections and daily work orders. Must have a drivers license and own transportation, Please send Resume for consideration.
