Full Time - Entry Level Position - Assisting Production

We are a fiberglass production company in Rockledge, close to Barnes Ave on US1, looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team at entry level to assist our production staff with daily tasks. Primary tasks: -- Sanding and taping off products ready to go into the paint booth. -- Gel coating and laying resin and fiberglass on molds. -- Grinding on blank casts (using a pneumatic die grinder) Additional tasks: -- Packaging of ground shipments -- Building crates for freight shipments -- Other miscellaneous tasks to assist senior production staff Starting rate is $13/hr. 60 day evaluation period and then an opportunity to receive a 10-20% raise after 60 day review, depending on ability to comprehend and complete our process and techniques. Some benefits available after evaluation period. This position requires you to wear a ventilation mask at times and working in an open warehouse with no AC or heater even though we do provide high velocity fans during the summer and space heaters when very cold out. We are a drama free establishment. If you like to go to work and be the "Chatty Cathy" of the team you need not apply or if you have trouble multi tasking this isn't the right position for you. Knowledge of fish species is also a big plus!
