Description

Day porters needed for shopping centers in multiple Jacksonville locations. Duties include but are not limited to: washing windows, removing cobwebs from windows and under canopy, cleaning vacant spaces, emptying ashtrays, wiping garbage can lids, cleaning spills on sidewalks, litter picking beds and islands and cleaning dumpster enclosures. We also report any possible liabilities or maintenance issues (such as pot holes, broken car stops, broken signs, etc) directly to our Property Managers.
