Dog with health issues needs more caring home

I have a four year old german short haired pointer mix in need of more health care then I can afford. She has had heart worms since I adopted her three years ago, from someone who did not inform me of her issues. I have tried to treat her since I got her, she is not responding and needs more expensive treatment then I can afford. She also has an issues with her left back leg and has a hard time walking and is in pain. She needs a home before Monday or I will have to put her to sleep. She is only four years old and was my emotional support dog, but being my husband and I are on disability her health care has come to a point of way more then we can afford. She needs to be an only dog, center of attention right now as her needs need attention. No children, I think she needs the quiet time to heal. An older couple or a female who has the the money to put out to fix her would be wonderful blessing. No stairs as she is having a very hard time walking and is in pain. I tried contacting rescues no one wants to take her. Rescues are full and no funding due to covid. This is my last resort. I won't just give her to anyone. I need to know you, where you live, what vet you will use, I will do a reference check later to make sure she has been taken care of and not just taken to the shelter. There will be a rehoming fee. If no home by Monday sadly I will have to put her down, its the only human thing to do, I can't watch her suffer, even though it breaks my heart to do any of this. I just don't have thousands of dollars for surgeries and treatments. She needs someone who can take care of her needs. I will bring her to you if I think you are the right match.
