General Contractor has an immediate opening for a site super for ongoing project Requirements minimum of 5 years experience running and managing construction projects of $1mil + Able to read and understand drawings, construction procedures and means and methods Daily and weekly progress reports, DOB and OSHA reports, site safety management Daily communication with Engineers and Architects, RFI submittals, Liaison between company and subcontractors, vendors and inspectors Qualifications: prior experience in similar role highly required -this is not an entry level position Bachelor's degree or similar construction certifications Able to start within 2 weeks
