The commercial building is situated in the Rockefeller center area of Manhattan.
The candidate must be a detailed oriented and responsible professional who works well as a team player. Anticipated work week is Monday – Friday from 8am - 5pm, Saturdays as needed. On call duties are required.
Candidates should have/be:
* 3+ years of experience as a commercial building superintendent.
* Experience in supervising a staff (handyman, porters, security).
* Knowledge and Experience in the repair and maintenance of all building systems.
* Capable of communicating effectively with Property Owner, Staff, and Tenants.
