Facility located in the Brighton Beach area of Brooklyn is looking for: FULL TIME Maintenance Supervisor. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm but must have flexible availability/schedule to attend to emergencies. Job Duties - Coordinate maintenance services and activities through out the building. Ensure that all service requests are attended to and completed. - Delegate responsibilities to maintenance personnel - Create schedule for maintenance personnel and perform payroll - Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations. - Fireguard, boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, etc licenses are a plus. Job Requirements - Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. - Must have flexible availability. - Must have great customer service skills. - Must be able to multitask in a fast pace environment - Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 75 pounds Please submit Resume to apply for position.
