Secure wood railing & replace one small piece of plank flooring

I need 2 random small jobs done in Weymouth. See the attached pics 1. Secure a wooden railing to wooden stairs so it doesn’t shake 2. Cut a small piece of plank flooring and put it in the missing space I have the spare piece of flooring. And I think the railing should stop shaking if it’s secured to the stairs in the middle of the stair case
