We are looking for an individual to grow as a Pest and Inspections Service Technician within our company and in the residential service industry. Experience is not necessary and training will be provided. The following are requirements in order to fulfill the duties of the job: -Works neatly, is organized and has a positive attitude. -Comfortable in a smaller business environment where what you do actually means something. -Can adapt and change quickly to new systems. -Would welcome the opportunity to work independently as well as with a team. -Love interacting with clients and is friendly and outgoing -Can work in all weather conditions. -Does not mind tight spaces or is afraid of heights. -Has the ability to read and study training material as well as take tests. -Is very dependable. -Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. Job Description to include: -Inspection of residential homes assessing conditions and identifying issues as it relates to water moisture and pests. -Communicating pest biology and behavior. -Knowledge and use of hand devices and company software. -Writing of reports and graphs. -Use and knowledge of technical and service equipment. -Knowledge of all company services and industry regulations. -Ability to upsell services to existing customers. -Identifying company lead opportunities.
