Description We have increased our pay rates & added benefits! Come work at our clients battery facilities in Asheboro. Starting from $13.25 to $17.35 per hour. Pay rate depends on experience, job training and shift. All shifts available, 12-hour schedules. We are also very excited to now be able to offer 40 hours Paid Time Off after working 1040 hours & extended paid lunch break for all shifts! Positions available include Entry-Level Manufacturing & Packaging, Machine Operation or Forklift. Immediate Hire! Job Responsibilities: Machine operation to manufacture products and/or packaging materials for shipment, palletize products, perform hourly quality checks. Stand duration of 12-hour shift; Repetitive lifting; Standing in one place for long periods; Lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis; Use of fine motor skills due to grasping batteries, packs and boxes; Go up and down multiple flights of stairs as needed throughout the day. Climate controlled Warehouse and Manufacturing facility.
