The nitty gritty is that this job can be dirty, it can be tiring, and it often requires heavy lifting in tight spaces. There is growth potential for anyone who successfully passes the probationary period and shows retention in learned knowledge to perform tasks on the job. We do not work weekends as the hours during the week often are over 40 depending on travel. Perks and benefits will be started after the completion of the probationary period and to people looking for a career.
