Bruz Off Fax and Truffle Cheese Shop are teaming up to bring you another amazing beer and cheese pairing! Join us for our monthly beer and cheese pairing on Wednesday, May 26th at 6:00 PM. Bruz Off Fax and Truffle Cheese will bring you an evening of amazing pairings of the finest beers and cheese. The pairing will include a pre chosen flight of four 4 oz Bruz beers paired with 4 different, carefully chosen cheeses with a cured meat and accoutrements. Sam from Truffle Cheese Shop and Charlie from Bruz will walk you through each pairing and discuss flavor profiles while you taste.
