So, I am starting to build a team of people who want to work doing construction and carpentry. Even if you do not know much, we want to teach if you're willing to learn. If you know your stuff, then obviously more $$$. We are not big time in the sense where we take advantage of hard-working people. Instead, we want to make people apart of our team. That means we pay you what you are worth.... Bottom line. For instance, if you are a master framer, we will put you on those jobs and your payment will depend on the bid and you will be involved in the % numbers process (basically we will let you in as a partner). You will know the numbers and it will make sense to stay with us because we NEED YOU. Now let us say you are an okay framer and want to learn we will first off, put you to work but teach you at the same time making both our time useful. So, give me a call OR email me and I will simply ask you want you know. Below is a list of what we do, and we have been getting too much business to where we do not want to turn anyone down so that is where you come in. I will go over the numbers and if you are a professional then I will tell you the numbers and we will agree on a rate that fits you. My idea here is I want to help everyone. To hard working workers to clients and customers that need quality work. Why can't I do both? Because I need you and I will treat you a such. I have been taken advanage of almost my entire life by big cats who want to pay little and have me and my fellow employees do all the work. I promise you; I am not like that. Please read our skills below and see if any of those skills fit. OR even if you have a specialty, you maybe want to bring to the table, I would love to hear it. Outlets and other custom cuts to make the cuts fit) • Doors (jam and door removals and replacement accordingly) • Windows (removal and replacements) • Base, door trim and shoe mold (make correct measurements depending) • Tile (baseboard and durock, and grout) • Laminate flooring • Floors (tearing them up and installing baseboard, tack strips for carpet) • Insulation (removal and installing) • Demo, paint, mudding, decks, soffits, stairs (cutting stringers by custom measurements) • And much more really to build a team of people willing to get to work or even learn.
