Hello! Have you got a garden shed, shack, or even a tree house located on your property that just sits there at the back of the lot unused? I'm currently looking for an under-the-table 'housing' arrangement, in the most minimal sense. I'm a sustainably-minded minimalist student gardener searching for a place to rest my head for these next spring, summer, and fall, while I do some work around town and take classes at Kirkwood. In my early twenties, easy-going, eager to be workin' in the dirt. Would very much like to organize a work-trade situation, though happy to figure out a low-stress rent situation. Happy to help out with chores, gardening, house-sitting, you name it!
