2 Person Box Truck Team • Box Truck routes are available 7 days a week • Typical load out is 5:30 AM • Routes will be staged and ready to load, pending check out. • Delivery Specialists and Delivery Assistants are expected to have a cellular device to login the routing application where routes are preloaded and routed. • Delivery Specialists are expected to pre-call every customer when they are 30 minutes away without fail. This is part of the customer service aspect of the job. • Routes must be delivered in the order in which they are set up and scheduled. • You must have an up-beat personality with no problem talking and interacting with people. This means that your number one goal is to “WOW” every customer on every delivery. • This is not your traditional delivery service. Our delivery teams are expected to be well spoken and professional. Delivery Specialist and Delivery Assistant responsibilities: • Interact with customers in a professional, customer service-oriented manner • Complete daily maintenance checks on Box Truck and notify Station Leads of any issues • Must be able to safely operate a 26' longbox truck with a lift gate. • Delivery Specialists will need a valid driver's license. Delivery Specialists must be at least 21 years old and Delivery Assistants must be at least 18 years old. • Serious and experienced drivers only, please. • Must be capable of using the following tools: Screw drivers, Allen Wrenches, Cordless Drill, Tape Measure, Socket Set, Hammer, Channel Lock Pliers, Needle Nose Pliers, Dolly, Shoulder Straps Delivery Specialist and Delivery Assistant skills: • Minimum of one-year delivery experience • Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience • Strength to lift up to 150 pounds assisted plus bending and twisting • Open and transparent communication • Familiarity with GPS devices or routing apps
