As Covid-19 has upended our daily lives, mental health struggles have skyrocketed but help-seeking and action-taking for mental health has not kept pace. Mental Health Action Day is here to help everyone take #MentalHealthAction together. In partnership with over 700 brands, nonprofits, cultural leaders and government agencies, such as MTV Entertainment, Chipotle, Ben & Jerrys (and more) - Simply Bee is proud to be a partner in this inaugural event. This is an opportunity to share the message that Mental Health Is Health! Go to MentalHealthActionDay.org to learn more and join our effort to shift from awareness to action on mental health!
