2021 WTPENA Trauma Symposium We are happy to announce that planning is well underway for the 2021 WTPENA Trauma Symposium! We have secured the Regency Room at the Amarillo Civic Center for October 21st, 2021 which will accommodate up to 300 attendees. We have the privilege of hosting the following speakers: Dr. J Griswold, Dr. M. Nazim, Dr. A. Santos, Becky O’Neal along with the FBI and APD sex trafficking team, and a service dog team. We are going to offer two hands-on/skill labs: the NWTH High Risk OB team with NOELLE, the mannequin, discussing Precipitous Delivery, as well as, AFD discussing prolonged extrication scenarios/methods with subsequent effects on the body. With coordination through Amarillo College, we will be offering CE’s to nurses, EMS, and Respiratory Therapy participants. Admission is $75.00 if registered before 10/15/21 and $85.00 after 10/15/2021 and at the door
