Dallas's pretty much only carnivorous plant gallery opens for a two-day Carnivorous Plant Tour on Memorial Day Weekend. Since the beginning of the year, regular events always inconvenienced one person or another whose schedule prevented them from attending, so it's time to shake this up on Memorial Day Weekend. The Texas Triffid Ranch, Dallas's pretty much only carnivorous plant gallery, in conjunction with Caroline Crawford Originals jewelry, moves its action across most of the weekend, opening its collection of unique carnivore enclosures (including Asian, South American, North American, and Australian pitcher plants, sundews, butterworts, bladderworts, and Australian triggerplants) on two days: Saturday, May 29 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Sunday, May 30 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
