Providing an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness with the use of Cacao and Sound Meditation practices. Super Full Moon + Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath MeditationThe Moon in Sagittarius will being an optimistic approach to life. We will begin our session together with a heart opening Cacao Ceremony to increase our connection to ourselves, the earth, and the community around us. Afterwards we will lay down to enjoy a renewing sound bath, allowing the healing vibrations to balance and naturally realign our energy centers. A Sound Bath is a deeply- immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body. Allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state (Beta waves) to a dreamlike state (Theta Waves). Providing an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness. An opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
