An afternoon of guided meditations, tea ceremony and energy healing to RENEW your mind, body and soul as we step back into the world. As we slowly begin to emerge from the last year’s limited freedom of movement, social distancing, stress and anxiety, we are coming together for an afternoon of RENEWAL – spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally, through meditation, tea ceremony and healing. Yshel & Kenny from Fabula Tea will lead you through an illuminating tea ceremony designed to help you unlock and harness the renewing power of tea, so that you can reclaim your well-being and infuse more harmony into your life. Along with guided meditations and a healing exchange led by Sue, Renee & Allison from Sanctuary, you will have the opportunity to recognize, release and clear what your body might be holding onto, and renew your connection with yourself, choosing what you’d like to embody moving forward.
