This class is for mothers who have already had their babies and are preparing to return to work, taught by Lynne Ricardo, RN, IBCLC
In this 1 hour class, we will discuss creating a pumping schedule to maintain milk supply and have breastmilk to feed to baby while you are at work. We will address bottle feeding, specifically paced bottle feeding. You will leave with tips to ease your return to work.
