Veteran Volunteers needed in pinning Hospice patients

Aseracare Hospice is currently seeking Veteran volunteers interested in working with our Veteran patients. As a volunteer, one can take on the role of a trusted friend who will offer support to the patient and or their families. Veteran volunteers are special in the fact that they can relate to other veterans and understand the experiences they have had. Often these patients have never been recognized for their service to our country. All training is provided, volunteer hours and dates are flexible, we work around your own schedule. We have training set up to come into your VFW, American Legion, DAV, etc in order to accommodate large groups interested in volunteering.
