Classic Croissants (Hands-On class)
Due to popular demand… Chef Michelle will be offering her Classic Croissants again… Students will be working with a yeasted dough, create a butter block, lamination techniques, cutting, shaping and filling the three styles of croissants, proofing them properly to achieve the right texture inside, and finally, baking them to a rich golden brown.
